Somehow just read two back to back 5 star books???? This has to be one of the best and hardest romance books I’ve ever read. Kennedy Ryan I hate that I put off reading your work for so long 🙇♀️

oh. my. god. did a single dad X nanny romance just make me sob my brains out on a Tuesday morning? well yeah. yeah it fucking did. anyone with a dad who doesn’t love them should refrain from reading this book or ensure they’re properly medicated before starting. <3
this truly could’ve gone either way at the 60% mark, but rather than dragging out an overdone miscommunication trope, Liz decided to rip my heart clean out of my chest right where the daddy issues reside. FRICK.
it also would’ve been really easy to think this book was icky, trying to convince a successful business woman that becoming a homebody mom would be a better life for her… but it executed everything perfectly and had so many beautiful nuances on the topics of joy and passion 😭😭 I am so unwell I can’t fking wait to be destroyed by Isaiah and Kennedy

It was sold to me that this was going to be a series I couldn't put down. Was hoping to sink my teeth in to something amazing but was just average for me unfortunately. And soooo long 😬 loved the character development and fact that FMC wasn't your standard and had some insecurities which made her more relatable. Probably unlikely to read the next one though
