Zuliq And the Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumb Trail
ByPublisher Description
Esker: "Just remember Zuliqool. I might be your imaginary friend in your world. But, in my world, your mine!"
Zuliq, or as Esker likes to call him, Zuliqool, is an expert when it comes to imaginary friends and the worlds that they live in. He somehow knows everything that there is to know about those things.
Dealing with the normal, non-invisible world is often harder for Zuliq. For instance, today, Esker is leaving a trail for him. She's making it out of Chocolate Chip Cookie Crumbs, because Chocolate Chips (and all sorts of other Cookie Chips) are one of the things which can exist in both worlds at the same time. But, suddenly, the trail has stopped. How can Zuliq find the trail again? Suddenly, he has an idea, he'll ask Frenzy. Everybody knows that Frenzy and Esker have been friends for a long time.
Soon, Zuliq starts to wonder if asking Frenzy was such a good idea. For one thing, Frenzy has no idea who Zuliq is. Worse, even though Frenzy and Esker have been friends for a long time, sometimes a person can have an invisible friend and not know it. Zuliq, of course, knows this. Yet, because he was in a hurry to get Frenzy to help, he forgot to think this far ahead. And, now, how is he going to explain that Esker is invisible.
Nimtia soon joins the game. She and Esker continue the trail. And, sometimes, Nimtia comes to Zuliq's world to see what the boys are doing. Zuliq knows that some people can travel between both worlds. He knows that Esker can't do that. What he doesn't know, is that Nimtia can.
Will these four sort everything out? What other games will they invent to play? What other secrets await?
