“I didn’t hate this book, but I didn’t necessarily like it either.
The pacing wasn’t great, the ending was really rushed and abrupt. Like when I turned the page and saw there was nothing else I thought it was missing pages abrupt. The characters are just kind of there and you don’t get to know any of them exceptionally well so you don’t get to really like or dislike any of them.
I did like the idea of the virus (reminded me of 28 Days Later) and the drug and felt more could have been done with both.
Overall, I’m not sure who I’d recommend this book to outside of people needing a Z title for the A to Z challenge who wants a quick read, which is why I read it.”
