About Danijela Komljenovic Blitva
I was born on January 31, 1979, in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and today, I'm proud to call the beautiful town of Rovinj, Croatia, my home. I'm a mother of three and have dedicated over 20 years to my career in dentistry, specializing in oral surgery and orthodontics. Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of leading oral surgery departments in two private clinics here in Croatia, and I now run my own practice, where I'm continuously working to advance dental care through new, innovative approaches.
Writing has also become a passion of mine, leading me to join the young writers' club. In 2019, I published my first children's poetry book, Arianova svaštara, and in 2024, I released my first original song, Look, performed by one of my sons—a proud moment for me as a mother. Creativity is at the heart of everything I do, from writing and painting to gardening and enjoying a good book, movie, or meal.
Fluent in English and Italian, I love traveling and exploring different cultures. I'm always looking for ways to grow, learn, and make a positive impact, whether in my professional work, my writing, or through the dental project I'm currently developing. I'm thrilled to share my journey with you and hope my stories bring a bit of inspiration and joy to your life.
