Meet the Sinister-Winterbottoms: brave Theo, her timid twin, Alexander, and their older sister, Wil. “Light and fast-paced. I loved the sinister (sorry I had to) atmosphere and Theo and Alexander’s relationship. But Wil (their older sister) felt like a useless character, shoved into the story to fill in the role of the guardian so that the author wouldn’t write a book about two 12-year-olds being dropped off at a creepy water park alone without a ‘guardian’. Everything she did was also very cliche and a living stereotype of how teenagers act. She just pissed me off. When I started reading the book, I was wondering why the author mentioned that there were 3 siblings whereas I couldn’t see more than 2 on the cover. Now I know why lol. Loved the book regardless!”Susan Wood
