“This was the final book in the Winter Street series. While I do think the series could’ve ended with Winter Storms (the third book), I am glad we got endings to each Quinn family member’s story. I also don’t think the addition of more characters was necessary in the final book of a series. The beginning of the story kind of annoyed me, but it did get better.
