“This boookkk..... how can I giggle and kick my feet and cry like a waterfall the next second???? WHYYYY????? Haven't had a good cry from a book for months. What's up with these authors and their goal to make us sob.
This book was a emotional rollercoaster fr.
Ben reminds me of that guy in Five Survive, I forgot his name. Hate him sm.
Also Hannah was sooo likeable, often FMCs in thrillers are INSUFFERABLE.”
“What I like:
•The story starts with a bang and is fast paced the whole time
• adult problems with adult consequences - even though it’s YA
• a one setting read that kept my interest
What I didn’t like
• whiney characters (even though they’re teens… not all YA characters are complainers.)
• I almost wanted more disaster, like crank the dial and really make it nuts. I think it would have elevated the anxiety you already feel”Start a Book Club
