Visions Softly Creeping
ByPublisher Description
This collection of horror, science fiction, fantasy, myths, and fairy tales even contains a parable or two. It includes the Five Star rated short story, Best Lain Plans. Herein there be dragons, pirates, mind thieves, elves and vampires in outer space. Heroes abound, including Thai swordsmen and superpowered humans. In these pages are a murderous or tow, a scorned princess, a planet where the forest can protect itself, and a junkyard where the old automobile parts have new lives as robots with an attitude.
Scary, funny, serious, and engaging stories with more than a touch of snarky sarcasm. Enjoy these tales from the stars to archeological digs, from pirate ships to wars in the Middle East, from Jamacia to Greece, from 'once upon a time' to the perils of interplanetary colonization, Roberts' boundless imagination and well-crafted writing provides hours of entertainment.
