“As if anything is truly random in the stories we write for ourselves”
Variations on an Apple is a short story about a fortified city that is under attack and the relationship between a boy named Paris with Illion. Honestly, I don't understand what I just read because non of it made sense to me. Right now I'm just grappling with whatever I picked up from it. There were mentions of greek gods and goddesses and a few historical figures of the world, but I don't understand the significance of it to the story. Proceed with caution because it's a bit weird and hard to process.”
