After recovering from a serious cerebral aneurism, Nathanial “Nate” Harcourt comes back to Spain to be a key witness in a fraud trial against Renata Casas. What he didn’t imagine is not only that he would see Gabriella “Gabi” Casas, Renata’s daughter and the woman he spent a single night with two years ago, again, but that he would find out Gabriella now has twins—his twins.
When I read
In Bed with Her Billionaire Bodyguard
, my first thought was “Nate’s story needs to be told!” Especially because that book, in its epilogue, gives a hint about him. Finally, Nate has his story, and I’m pretty satisfied with it.
I liked what Ms. Roscoe did with
Twin Consequences of that Night
. She has the ability to put a compelling story about two strong characters dealing with credible conflicts, fantastic storytelling, clever writing, great research work, and a nice epilogue (I love epilogues!). I fully recommend this book to read in one sitting.
