“Sometimes it was difficult to follow the thought and long sentences, had to reread from time to time but otherwise good book about death and grief from God's and biblical perspective.
However reading this in the first months of grief would be too early but now after 6 months I feel more ready for this message.
Last chapter was my highlight how to view death. It inspired to keep grieving while keeping open place for hope, joj and new life. It helped me to see meaning in my grief.

..
Everything that lives must die.
Everything?
Yes.
..
Why?
So life would be precious. Something that is yours forever is never precious.
/
Dying is about giving yourself away.
/
We are not made to love immortal things. Only what is irreplaceable, unique, and mortal can touch our deepest human sensitivities and be a source of hope and consolation.
/
.. Our pangs will be more like labor pains that bring new life. Bring into our world a new life.”
