Trauma Informed Enlightenment by Michelle Holling-Brooks & Mary O'Malley digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

  • What does it feel like to be whole and embodied?
  • How do I create the lasting change I've been searching for?
  • How do I release old wounds and give birth to a life that feels connected and truly mine?

Trauma Informed Enlightenment seeks to help you remember that you already have the answers to these questions within you. However, life experiences tend to cut us off from accessing and believing in our own inner knowing and wisdom.

This book is a step-by-step roadmap that helps you uncover hidden strengths, explore the healing wisdom that is held within you, and have opportunities to integrate what you discover and reclaim by engaging in each chapter's guided self-reflection practices and journeys.

Each element of this book is designed to call forward sacred witnessing and healing so you can shed the weight of past burdens, unwind the tangled web of generational trauma, and build a Bridge of ConnectionTM through the ocean of separation between who you were conditioned to be and your True Self.

Mary O'Malley

Mary O'Malley is a speaker, an author, and a counselor in private practice in Kirkland, Washington. Her work focuses on curiosity, compassion, trust, and the ability to be with whatever is showing up in our lives in a spacious and attentive way. In the early 1970's, she experienced an awakening where she saw through the struggles of the mind, making contact with the joy and the wonder of being fully awake to Life. Since then she has dedicated her life to inviting others into the healing and the creativity that come from being fully present for Life. Through her organization, Awakening, she has evolved a transformational approach to working with everything that keeps us from being present for our lives. She is the author of "Belonging to Life: The Journey of Awakening," "The Gift of Our Compulsions: a Revolutionary Approach to Self Acceptance and Healing," "The Magical Forest of Awakening," and "What's In the Way IS the Way." In addition, she has 8 audio presentations and one video presentation, all of which are available through her website.
