“I picked up this book to take a break from another series. I liked what it was described as from the synopsis. But as I started reading, I quickly realized how much of a disappointment it started to become. Its a contemporary religious romance with a side of murder mystery. Main characters are flawed on an emotional level. Through out the book, you'll come to understand why they're flawed. However, I just did not like the way it all came about. Its not as thrilling as its promoted to be. Its slow paced. It was just not my kind of book.”
