Transformed in Wonderland by Dani Hoots digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

The Duchess has taken over Wonderland.

Alice is still trying to wrap her head around it all—Chase has betrayed them and was working for the Duchess the entire time. Not only did Alice's best friend disappear in front of her eyes, but all of Wonderland has now been rewritten. Only she and Malcolm escaped by running to the safety(?) of the Dark Forest. Now they needed to work harder than ever to restore Wonderland, and revive Kate, if that is even possible.

This is the conclusion of Wonderland Chronicles

“I had to take a couple of days to think about this review...... cause I didn't know what to say. did I enjoy this book...... Yes!!! would I reread this series....... Yes!!! but I was unsatisfied with that ending.... I wanted more.... Maybe that is part of the genius of the author to make you want more.... or maybe I am super picky...... either way I just wanted more...... take that to mean what you want it to.”
“It was quite some time ago that I read a series set in Wonderland. I don't know why, because it's not like I finished all of them yet (if that's even possible), but I'm so glad that I found my way back to Wonderland. This last book wasn't in stock in the European Amazon stores, but luckily it arrived within a week from America so I could continue the story as soon as possible and could read how everything would end eventually. This last book was in a lot of ways a lot like the previous books in the series, however, this time everything took place in Wonderland. I have to admit that I still think this version of Wonderland wasn't too spectacular. That's also because I feel like we didn't really see much of it. We visited one or two districts, the capital, the ruins of the Kingdom of Hearts and the Red and White Kingdom and the dark forest, but I feel like there is much more to explore. However, that doesn't mean it wasn't an entertaining or amusing read. Since all four books weren't too big, I could read them in one sitting and especially Chad and Alice made these books really worth the read. In this book we finally see Chad's true colors and we learn the things about his background he couldn't talk about before. I quite liked how this resulted in a morally grey and therefore really interesting character. The same can be said about Malcolm, although I feel like we barely scratched the surface of what he has truly done and endured. I think that's the general feeling while reading this series, actually. It's all lovely and I really enjoyed reading these books, but I also think that a lot of parts, like the world and the characters, have much more to offer than this series truly gives us. However, I felt quite at home in this version of Wonderland.”
