“(Heavy spoilers) Hands DOWN favourite book so far. So many awful, wonderful, heart breaking, funny moments. This level has been talked about and prepared for through much of the story leading up to this book and wow did it deliver. And the ending! As a mother, Katias decision hit so deep. I love how Matt represented motherhood as strong, empowering, not to mention sacrificial, in light of what Katia was about to embark on. The natural longing to be a mother, and the bravery and strength it takes to want to protect the children. And the craweler who is a dad, willing to protect Lucia to the death, if it meant protecting his own kid.All that to say its refreshing to see it all in a positive light.

“I love this series so much. The turmoil I feel when reading this book was insane. I powered through it very quickly. Also the anxiety I feel whenever Princess Donut is in danger 😭
