Their Inseparable Bond Reviews

4.5
“This is a clean, small-town romance. Jake is trying to help his friend, Myrna, by training a service dog for her as well as doing some fixes to her house. She was there for him and his twins after his wife passed away. She is older, she is struggling, but the town loves this generous woman. Her granddaughter, Olivia, shows up to check on her and wants her to move to Florida with her. Myrna doesn’t want to move. Can Jake, his twins and Myrna convince Olivia that Myrna needs to stay and maybe convince Olivia to stay as well? It is a good clean romance. Jake and Olivia are opposites, but the town is trying to work it’s magic on her to make sure their beloved Myrna stays and maybe Olivia as well. I liked the realistic relationships between Jake’s children and Olivia. Cute story. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.”
“Their Inseparable Bond is such an engaging read, I was able to read it in one day. I wanted to try to read one more book before the end of 2023 so I picked this one up on New Year’s Eve as Love Inspired books tend to be short and enjoyable. And I was not at all disappointed! Once I started reading, I wanted to keep on reading. The story kept me engaged and I was able to read the book in just a few hours. There were so many heart warming and heart wrenching moments weaved into this story. Poor Kayla and Kyle have both been through some extreme heartbreak with the loss of their mom at such a young age, but Kayla feels the loss so strongly. She wants to be able to talk about her mom but is afraid of upsetting her dad and brother. When Olivia starts hanging around to help train a potential service dog for her grandma with Jake, Kayla is not at all happy. Kayla is not looking for a replacement mom. However, I loved how delicately Olivia was able to handle their interactions to show Kayla she truly cared and, because they shared similar stories, that she understood how she felt. Plus there is a fun, loveable dog so what’s not to love about that?? I also loved the epilogue as it jumped ahead 14 months into the future. I was able to see a bit more of Olivia and Jake’s story without the plotline feeling rushed to get there. I enjoy a good epilogue so much! Their Inseparable Bond was not a long story but it felt like it unfolded so naturally. I definitely recommend adding this to your TBR. I received a complimentary copy of this book and I'm leaving an honest and voluntary review.”
