“I really, really enjoyed this book. It was my first ever harlequin book, and I loved the fluffy romance. A highlight of the book was the protagonists' baby, Dawn. I feel like most baby characters are just shoved in a crib in the corner, but in this book Dawn is an actual character with an arc. Her babbling and knocking things over adorably interrupts dialogue in a realistic way. On another note, I think the novel addressed trauma in both leads without being too heavy-handed, keeping it a light-hearted read.”
