“As soon as I saw this book on the shelf, I knew I needed to buy it and read it. As an avid Minecraft fan, it was really fascinating to read about how everything began since I didn’t start playing Minecraft until Pocket Edition was released. I enjoyed following along and remembering older updates trying to place where I was when I first played them. I also learned things about Minecraft I would have never learned about otherwise! For example: the games music drew inspiration from Tove Jansson’s “Moonin” books! The visuals in this book are also stunning. Seeing the concept art for mobs, biomes, new blocks, etc. brought me so much joy.
