“1) "Examination day": ☆☆☆—It reminded me of BNW. It was engaging but predictable. 2) "Dream town": ☆☆ —It was predictable, and it lacks explanation for the sake of surprise or impact. The main character acted suspicious, too, which may be on purpose (which I doubt) or because of the questionable way of writing the story. 3) "The success machine": ☆ 4) "The reluctant genius": ☆☆ 5) "My father, the cat": ☆☆ 6) "The delegate from Venus": ☆☆ All of these short stories were incredibly predictable. However, I don't think this has to do with the fact that they were written in the last century since sci-fi was already developed (and plot twists were good already....) Additionally, women chacarters are all idiots. It was like reading a John Green from the sci-fi multiverse.”
