“Don’t waste your time. There isn’t even an explanation to the main conflict or a complete resolution to it for that matter. There are phrases in both French and Spanish that are never even remotely translated. Also, for those who read it, I don’t care if they aren’t blood related, that’s just weird.”

Anna-Marie McLemore was born in the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains and taught by their family to hear la llorona in the Santa Ana winds.
