“I was so excited for this book because I'd heard great things about the author but this book really missed the mark for me. For the first 20%, I was really enjoying it but Ember just kept making dumber and dumber decisions. There were also so many parts that read as very juvenile especially in dialogue which surprised me because Ember is meant to be twenty-five. I might read another book by this author because I did like the writing and found it easy to read but Ember was just too immature for my liking.”Emma-Louise
