Surprised Face with Open Mouth“I really loved the tone of this book. I love how Carly follows nearly an identical paths trying to solve the murders as her aunt Viv did. The ending 🥹 I think this should be a movie. I kept picturing Carly as Iris Aptow and Viv as Maude Apatow for some reason and it made me really want to be brought to life.”

Surprised Face with Open Mouth“Okay I’m sorry I didn’t post for each chapter more but I COULD NOT navigate the chapters without numbers 😅 I loved this book ! The dual timelines, I surprisingly loved the supernatural shit haha. I was very surprised that viv was alive (I don’t read much crime/ thrillers so maybe you guys had an inkling) but vigilante justice is always a fun thing. I might just start picking up more thriller/ horrors!”

Thumbs Up“I think my favorite aspect of this book is the dual timelines, chapter by chapter. Getting to experience whats transpired in the past and what's about to take place in the present and how each comes together. Smooth, effective writing! I can appreciate the self preservation and the ability to come together to ensure women in the future aren't met with the same fate.”
