“Thank to Bookouture, S. E. Lynes and NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest review. I was pulled in right from the beginning. Then it slowed down. Then all of a sudden, Holy Crap. A few twists and turns made it just right. I was not a fan of the main female character at first. Honestly she was annoying me. Then, she took a 180. Loved the ending. The only thing I’d like to see is a sequel. I would definitely recommend this author. I’ll be looking for Lynes great next read.”

“The Summer Holiday was so good! I like that there were characters I adored as well as characters that I couldn't stand. This book definitely had realistic characters which is always a bonus. I didn't find this book to be super twisty but it still held my attention.”

He was selfish and cold and had such arrogance about him. Coco was also a nightmare, selfish and calculating. This story unfolds and descends into chaos. The pacing is frantic, and the twists are insane. I could not stop reading. The floor dropped from under me several times, and I could not turn the page fast enough.”

“Kate and Jeff have been together since Uni, but after drifting apart over the last few years, Kate is hoping that their first kid-free holiday will help to get them back on track. When Kate is out shopping in the local town and sees the popular girl she was desperate to be accepted by at Uni. Coco is still as glamourous as ever and Kate can't resist chatting to her. It turns out they are staying close to each other and Kate invites her to their villa for drinks. What she was not expecting was both Coco and Jeff's reactions when they meet later and when Kate starts to dig deeper into why are they acting so weird with each other, she uncovers much more than she was expecting. This was a bit of a slow-burn to start, but soon kicked off into a twisty tale that kept me reading to find out what was going on! Using different character narratives and a then and now timeline it is well-rounded and unravels at a great pace.”
