“I liked this book well enough, although I did not read every page. I read the first couple of chapters, then started picking through to find ones that applied to me. Once you read up to a certain point, the book actually tells you to skip ahead to certain chapters if you fall into certain categories. There are alot of good points in this book, and things to do to prevent stress eating. The basic premise is to eat a huge breakfast - as much as you want, as long as it's balanced. What makes a meal balanced? You'll have to read the book to find out. But, there's a sample eating plan that anyone can follow. It's not your typical "diet" in that it restricts food. In fact, it encourages eating for your specific hormones.”
