“I really couldn’t stand Marion - her combination of crippling self doubt and obnoxious bravado made me crazy. I liked the setting in Radio City Music Hall in the 50s. I even liked the burgeoning romance with Peter, an early criminal profiler. But the lack of communication between all parties was maddening. Also interesting that this is the first Fiona Davis book I’ve read to only feature one main character instead of dual timelines. I found I missed that aspect of her writing.”
