“Disturbing, impossible and unnecessary to read every word. Creates an atmosphere of a drug-induced fever dream. Sad, but seems like a reality for many afflicted by the disease of substance abuse. Fascinating take on Apomorphine therapy for substance abuse and why it’s not supported in the US (spoiler - business and politics) and widely used in Europe. Hated reading it, but appreciated its format at the end and after reflecting on its purpose”
