“Randomly picked up this book from a book sale and I couldn’t be happier. Post WWII story about 600+ Australian brides aboard an aircraft carrier ship moving to England to be reunited with their husbands. I am so glad to have read this and be a part of their journey. “I’m a sucker for historical romances! Took me a while to get trough. For some reason around the halfway point I just had a slump and didn’t pick up the book for a while. When I got back into it I finished it in a few days! The story really pulled me in after the break. Ended up really liking the book!”
