“The latest in the Robert Langdon saga hits the notes of the other installments and if a reader is ready for a 650+ page adventure, they will be rewarded with a satisfying ending.
Did it knock my socks off as happened when I first read Angels and Demons? No. Would I still tell others who have read the other Robert Langdon books to read it? Absolutely.
It doesn’t feel right to “rate” this book in a traditional sense. Dan Brown books are more like one another than they are like other novels.
Overall, it was compelling, ridiculous romp.”
