“A very fun read that uses humor to bring light to a tired trope in comics. Valente may borrow character concepts from already established comic characters but she makes them her own and weaves stories that are enjoyable and serve as appropriately sarcastic commentary.”

Catherynne M. Valente is an acclaimed New York Times bestselling creator of over forty works of fantasy and science fiction, including the Fairyland novels and The Glass Town Game.
