“My favourite in the entire series. As with all of Durants books, it takes a long time to set the stage and provide context. However, once you make it past the 1/3rd mark it takes a turn and becomes an engaging and shockingly brilliant work. This book sparked a deep love of the reformation and Christian theology more broadly in myself that is still unwavering.”
