The Rancher's Secret Crush by Cari Lynn Webb is a sweet, contemporary, small-town romance that is such a wonderful, quick read!!!!
I loved seeing Elsie and Ryan's relationship develop over the course of the book. I'd met the Sloan siblings in Falling for the Cowboy Doc, and I was eager to get to know them better by reading this book!!! It was so sweet how Ryan and Elsie were both oblivious to how much the other already loved them. I enjoyed watching them become more comfortable around each other as they learned to trust.
Ryan's internal conflict was so well-developed in this story! I loved how it was so understandable and how Elsie gently encouraged him to work through his fears so he can accomplish his dreams.
Elsie's two little nieces were so cute! I love how much they were pushing Ryan and Elsie to fall in love. And their cute little nicknames for everyone? So sweet!!!!!
My favorite scene in the book was probably when Elsie goes to that formal event in that princess dress that Ryan's sisters-in-law helped her pick out. That whole scene was so magical, and it was hard to stop myself from squealing while I read that scene!
Overall, I LOVED The Rancher's Secret Crush. If you love clean, light, small-town romances, you should definitely consider reading this book!
