“After reading Book 1 of the Sinful Sinclairs, The Earl’s Irresistible Challenge, and adoring it, I couldn’t wait to read the next installment featuring Chase Sinclair. Unfortunately for me this felt like a pale imitation. Eleanor, our heroine, is very similar to Olivia from the first book with one exception - Eleanor is very poor and Olivia is very wealthy. Chase felt like a copy of Lucas, all charm and decency. Although the inclusion of travel to Egypt was fun and interesting, the plot line where Chase unaccountably falls for Ellie and takes complete responsibility for her and her family over the course of several weeks just didn’t have much emotional punch. I still like the way Temple writes, but this one didn’t cut it for me.”
