“One of the best fantasies I’ve read this year! The book is plot- and character-focused with a little bit of romance. Some might say the story is slow but the pacing is incredibly well done imo. Lin and Kel are my favorite characters from the beginning, like to me they are so well written and their characters are just flawless and I’m glad that they stay amazing till the end. The plot twist caught me so off guard. I am now sooo looking forward for the next book!!!”
