“Okay this one was just as good as the last Sinclair Brothers story. Hard to really pick favorites. Book one we meet Grayson as the lawyer that helps Tristan. In this story we learn more about Grayson. Honor has moved next door to the handsome, rich prosecutor Grayson and has decided to rent to own her new home. She was planning to put down roots here with Candace the teenage sister in law of her late husband Jay, and her daughter Lily. Honor meets Grayson her neighbor and they develop a fast friendship. But the friendship quickly shifts into him stepping in as her protector when Honor starts getting stalked. Honor had to flee from her previous home after an attempt on her life. But that person had been killed. So who was after her now and why? When Grayson gets involved with Honor he had only planned to keep an eye on her because she was his neighbor. But he realizes she is in trouble he finds himself promising to keep her safe. And promising her daughter Lily he will "slay the dragon" that is after them. But will Grayson be able to keep that promise? Will Honor ever consider falling in love again after the horrible marriage she had with Jay? And who is after her and why?!
I loveddddd the chemistry between Honor and Grayson. And Grayson is very similar to his brother Tristan, rather straight forward with his feelings and SO protective of the woman he is falling for. They always find a reason to hold your hand, or walk you home, lol.
This is a GREAT story! I can not wait to read Jude's story. *Who we learn in this book is recovering from a BIG accident. So, perhaps his story may be quite different from his brothers since he has a lot of recovering to do.”
