“Wow just wow! At first look this book was extremely daunting because of how big it is, but honestly I legit could not put it down (literally finished it in less than a week). The fact that this is a fictional book that brings in actual mythology and religion is what makes the world building so beautifully written in the book. The characters are all amazing with their own back stories, you have a book full of political religious beliefs, mythology, magic, dragons what more can you want. It gave me Game of Throne vibes! I didn’t give it a full five star review because I felt like the ending and battle was a little rushed. However, overall it was a great read!”

“I’d heard a lot of complaints about the beginning being slow but I found it truly helped to get to know the characters and found myself truly invested in every character! Except Roos, screw that guy!
I found myself thinking about the book all day waiting until I finally had time to sit down and get some reading done!
A lovely high fantasy sapphic epic!”
