The Oakmere Grynfang
ByPublisher Description
Noldo and his chum Maynard plot to spring a nasty surprise in Oakmere forest on an unsuspecting Cora Winstanley.
Her crime? Rejecting Noldo's invitation to accompany him to the Autumn Turning festival, and subsequently mocking him and his baking skills.
For anyone who knows Cora, this doesn't sound like her. But perhaps the townsfolk of Lindlebrook don't know her the way they think they do.
Will the boys wreak revenge on the girl?
Does Cora have something hidden up the sleeve of her sleeveless dress?
And what's a double-chocolate chip muffin got to do with any of this?
Discover the answer to all these burning questions and more in... The Oakmere Grynfang.

About Tim Harbyns
These stories are written by me, a meat-suited spirit, and I do use some fancy AI audio/visual tools to help with any visual/audio storytelling but they are not used in the writing itself.
Given the choice I'd rather work with humans than A.I. tools on all aspects of creative projects; until I can do that (and being an INTJ personality type doesn't help with meeting new people), I'll work with what's available.
My stories aren't written to win awards but hopefully are enjoyable in their own right with a mix of entertainment and morality.
In terms of reading, my favourite book of all time is The Old Curiosity Shop by my favourite author, Charles Dickens. Not coincidentally, Undelund is a country similar to mid-Victorian era England with added magical and monsterly spice.
