“Not what I thought I was signing up for. I am so sad for Joseph Carter! I didn’t realize it was different timelines until way later in the book. By the time I realized it I knew something tragic was coming. I thought I was reading a romance and then Wham! I’m hit with tragedy and loss and abusive relationships. It all ending happily and I love the Miranda and AJ relationship need up together and that Joseph and Jane helped each other heal. But, wow, that was heartbreaking!
The characters were likable and lovable. Especially Joseph Carter and AJ! Loved those two!”“Not at all what I expected & that made it all the better (but it’s not a romcom, don’t let them lie to you)”
“So I went into this book hating all three of the women and the man, but towards the end they warmed up to me. Tbh I just want a book about Miranda and A.J. and Jane was rly annoying to me I know she was processing trauma but god she was just soooo sad and I didn’t rly need that.”
