“This was such a fun read, very engaging and the story took turns I was not necessarily expecting.
I like the way it didn't necessarily follow any one character but showed the wider butterfly effect that came from publishing Henri Pick's book (no spoilers), it felt almost like a movie with a very insightful narrator. All the characters, even the minor ones that show up for a page or even less, feel very real and solid within the story and add a lot of depth.
I'm not sure what I was expecting when I picked up this book but I was definitely pleasantly surprised, if you're looking for a light, entertaining read, this book it for you.”About David Foenkinos
