“This is most definitely a book that will remain in my mind for a very long time.
If you wonder what just “might” be possible in our world and you believe in enchantments and things that can not be proven true or false, then this is a must read for you.
It starts in Quebec City with a man, his new bride, a love of the circus and intriguing toy shops.
When the wife, Kay goes missing the story unfolds as to where she may have disappeared to. It is interweaved between the husband Theo and Kay each telling their stories.
And the ending, well it is not as you might think. Perfect ending? Maybe. I absolutely love books that have an ending I could never expect!
So glad I saw this book standing on its side, on the shelf of my library daring me to pick it up and read it.”
