By Michelle Reid
The Morning After (Forbidden! #1) by Michelle Reid digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

"You cannot be allowed to go on ruining lives simply because that body of yours drives men insane!"

Cesar DeSanquez was right about Annie's beauty: it had made her into an international supermodel. But the only life about to be ruined was Annie's - by Cesar! In reality, she was a shy virgin, but Cesar preferred to believe in her glossy image. He passionately believed that she had torn apart his family in the space of a night. And now, in the cold light of dawn, he wanted his revenge!

The Morning After (Forbidden! #1) Reviews

3.0
“Part of me loves this book and can't get enough of it. Part of me hates this book with the fiery passion of a thousand suns. The heroine was incredibly volatile, defiant, and angry, with good reason. The hero was an arrogant jerk/borderline stalker whose family very nearly went out of their way to ruin the heroine's life...multiple times. On the one hand, the emotional angst and passion of this book draw me back to it. The hero and heroine had instant and believable passion. The emotional torment the heroine went through is the kind of thing I like my Harlequins to have. On the other hand, the hero did not sufficiently grovel enough for me. I felt like the heroine deserved better than what she ultimately got. I keep going back to the book because of the emotional journey of the heroine, but the hero fell very short for me.”
