“Not to be dramatic but this book was life changing for me and I never want to forget how it made me feel. What a beautiful reminder of the importance of small things. Her post at the end, “A Thing I Have Learned,” made my heart ache in the best way. “It’s easy to mourn the lives we aren’t living.” We can’t do everything or even come close, but that’s what makes life so special. We’re here right now and we can savor it. And like Mrs. Elm says, you don’t have to understand life, you just have to live it.”
