Riley Sager's second novel had me utterly enthralled - I devoured it in one sitting, perched on the edge of my seat and biting my nails in suspense. The characters, while likable, were expertly crafted to be untrustworthy, including the protagonist herself. It definitely kept me guessing until the very end. I loved how the story wove together complex themes like mental health, revenge, and forgiveness.
'The Last Time I Lied' is a riveting thriller that had me on the captivated me from the very first page. The jaw-dropping twist at the end left me speechless.
