“Why? These books aren't supposed to make me cry. I loved this story. I loved how it focused on Meghan and Ash more than the previous book. I just love the forbidden/star crossed lovers in faerie stories. This story defiantly broke my heart a little bit because of the ending. I don't want this series to end and I'm going to be so sad when it does end.”jollyapricot

“not life changing but not bad! it’s very much in the realm of 1st/2nd gen YA fantasy. It’s not as ridiculous as The Mortal Instruments but not as rich in world building as something like The Cruel Prince unfortunately. Still, it’s entertaining but not as memorable as I thought it’d be. I will say, I would’ve liked this a lot more 10 years ago.”
