“This book was fun. It felt a liiittttttle formulaic, but this fantasy series came before most of the more popular recent fantasy series, perhaps this is a book that set the formula. Midsummer Night’s Dream characters + Tinkerbell’s “belief keeps them alive” mythology, makes this feel like a faerie world that could exist parallel to our own. I like the budding forbidden love story, but I hope a lot of time passes quickly in the next book. I don’t want to hope for steamy scene featuring a 16yr old girl. And maybe with some maturity, and time in the Never Never, Megan won’t need a man to constantly come rescue her every time she finds herself in trouble.”
