“Ugh I really wanted this book to be better. It had all the makings... a cool and unconventional start, links to geography and history of Hawaii, espionage. But it fell short. So as much as I wanted this to be more than the “10 cent paperback” grocery aisle read it seemed to be, it didn’t stack up to be much more than that. Poor writing, a convenient and unnecessary romance that just detracts from the story and a pile of stacked cliches make this a boring 3 hour read.”
