Ben Fischer wrote this book while trying to pay attention to the teacher in his fifth-grade class. He has been fortunate to spend his summers in Pray, Montana, where he rock climbs, rides ATVs, hikes, and generally explores the Absaroka mountains. He was born in Jerusalem in 2001 and has lived most of his life in Hong Kong, where he currently attends eighth grade at Elsa High School and lives with his parents and three siblings.
