“Amazing book! Really eye opening. For me personally, this book was life changing. So many Americans are oblivious to the harmful toxins they are eating. Humans did not evolve to eat those weird chemicals, and it's really harming our health. I am appalled by what the food industry gets away with. I admire the work Vani Hari is doing! Everyone deserves to be healthy - and having the knowledge to make the right choice is important.”

“I read this to gain knowledge about toxins and this book was perfect! I know it says stuff on weight loss which isn’t why I read it. I only knew of this book because I found Vani Hari through the food babe and the work she’s doing to get toxins out of our food here in the US. If any of that interests you I recommend this book! I plan to read the rest of her books!”
