“3.75 ⭐️/5 Un bellissimo libro! Adoro il film e mi ha riportato alla mia infanzia quando ne ero ossessionata lol Non vedo l’ora di continuare ✨”
“I’m currently reading this series aloud to my four year old daughter and she is captivated. Just as charming and magical as I remember!”
“Simple book yet very enjoyable and entertaining to read. Fun and interesting characters with really gorgeous illustrations”
“Yes yes yes. I think I have struck gold with this one. The Spiderwick series has always been somewhere in the back of my consciousness. Finally I saw it listed in Julia Eccleshare's "1001 books to read before you grow up" and borrowed the first book from the library. I also saw it on the Goodreads "books to read after Harry Potter" list. I would only add that this series should come BEFORE Harry Potter because it is a far simpler and straightforward story for the younger reader. Yet I love the old fashioned, Victorian home, secret-passageway that leads to secret study, fantastical creatures-type of setting that harks back to my childhood books. Think CS Lewis, or even Enid Blyton. Like. Love the illustrations, wished they were in colour. Going to get the 10th anniversary boxed set!”
“Reading this book series with my class. They are LOVING this series.”
