The Fell of Dark

By Caleb Roehrig
The Fell of Dark by Caleb Roehrig digital book - Fable

Publisher Description

What's a boy to do—in Caleb Roehrig's YA paranormal romance The Fell of Dark—when his crush is a hot vampire with a mystery to solve?

The only thing August Pfeiffer hates more than algebra is living in a vampire town.

Located at a nexus of mystical energy fields, Fulton Heights is practically an electromagnet for supernatural drama. And when a mysterious (and annoyingly hot) vampire boy arrives with a cryptic warning, Auggie suddenly finds himself at the center of it.

An ancient and terrible power is returning to the earthly realm, and somehow Auggie seems to be the only one who can stop it.

Smiling Face with Heart-Eyes“this one had me gagging !!! this is a love triangle where it ACTUALLY IS A FUCKING TRIANGLE!!!! The plot was action-packed and had me envisioning it as a movie or a tv show, absolutely loving all the clever twists, especially the Daphne/Vivian reveal and awesome characters. Also, the rave scene? Need that, pronto. the author definitely did their big one with this book. I absolutely love it and highly recommend.”
“After reading Teach the Torches to Burn, I wanted to read another of Roehrig’s books. I thoroughly enjoyed his writing and wanted to know how his other books compared. I wasn’t disappointed. While this isn’t the same (a specific retelling), it kind of is, good vs. evil and all. But, the ability to paint the picture of what is happening, drawing you into the story as a bystander, isn’t something that all authors can do effectively. Roehrig did this for me in this book. Auggie and his band of misfits (witches, vampires, and humans) have to save the world from an evil angelic entity. What could go wrong? There were parts where I laughed, worried, smiled, and felt relief that the characters were safe. A good story for ‘spooky’ season or anytime you want a queer vampire and human story.”
