“Generally enjoy reading Dr. Tharoor's readings but this is not a book, this is a lazy collection of previously published editorials, that keep repeating the same stuff over and over and completely irrelevant over time. The book is poorly titled reflections on India in the 21st century and should've rather been named shashi tharoor's opinions from the 2010s since most are too outdated.”
About Shashi Tharoor
Shashi Tharoor was born in London and brought up in Bombay and Calcutta. He has written for the New York Times, the Washington Post, the International Herald Tribune, the Times of India, and Foreign Affairs. A human rights activist and winner of a Commonwealth Writers Prize, he is currently a member of the Indian Parliament and lives in New Dehli, India.
